Practical communication improvements

Really liked this book - it's format is a very easy "danger phrase | power phrase" presentation that clearly outlines phrases to avoid, with suggestions on phrases to use instead. Many examples of usage are provided. An essential communications skills book that should be given to any newcomer (i.e. recent high school or college graduate) to the business world. Also has great applications improving personal communications.
